If you’ve booked your ticket via KLM, you can change your flight via My Trip. We’re offering several rebook and cancellation possibilities, so we recommend you to first review the rebook and refund policies. That way, you know exactly what your options are.

In most cases, you can change your flight via My Trip if you booked via KLM.
Encountering problems there? Please follow these steps:
1. Check if you’re not checked in If you already checked in, you need to check out again before you can change your flight. You can undo your check-in via the check-in page.
2. Check if your ticket number starts with 074 Your ticket number starts with a different number if you booked via a different airline. Unfortunately, we cannot change these bookings, so we advise you to contact the concerning airline or your travel agent.
